Browsing and matching
The directory, manual notice guide, and matching questionnaire run in your browser. In the default static deployment, documents selected for the notice preview are not uploaded or transmitted. Personal details entered into the manual guide stay in your browser. If automated analysis is configured, the selected document is sent to OpenAI through our secure Cloudflare Worker only after you explicitly agree. We do not store the document in this website database. OpenAI processes the uploaded data under its API data handling terms; this is not the same as guaranteeing immediate deletion from all service-provider systems. Copying a project brief uses your clipboard, if you grant permission.
Optional contractor map
When you choose Map view, your browser loads map content from Google Maps. This may share your IP address and browser details with Google. We only display business office locations supported by public sources; these do not define contractor service areas. No map is loaded while browsing the standard list view.
External websites and phone calls
Calling or visiting a listed contractor uses your phone application or opens the contractor's website. Those providers have their own privacy practices.
Site hosting
Hosting services may process ordinary technical logs and security data when serving this website. The site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page views. We do not include advertising pixels in this build.
Optional future lead collection
The default starter site does not collect project details. If the site owner enables lead collection, the optional form collects name, email, optional phone, project area, situation, facility type, notes, and your consent choices. Submissions are stored using Cloudflare D1 for the site owner to review and contact you. Data is shared with contractors only if you separately opt in. The site owner should delete submissions after 90 days (or sooner upon a valid request), configure access controls, and keep this policy current. Cloudflare Turnstile processes challenge-related information to deter spam. No inquiries are automatically sent to providers.
Questions
A public contact email has not yet been configured for this site. Before enabling lead collection, the site owner must add a real contact address and publish a complete privacy contact method.
